Kira Clements, LSW
Kira sees adolescents and young adults
Kira specializes in supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, self‑harm behaviors, low self‑worth, school challenges and family relationship issues. She has a natural ability to build strong, trusting connections with adolescents, helping them feel safe, understood, and grounded as they navigate peer conflicts and the many stressors teens face.
Kira also has experience facilitating family sessions, where she helps adolescents and their parents improve communication, strengthen their relationships, and learn practical ways to support one another.
Kira’s approach is caring, collaborative, and infused with a warm sense of humor that helps clients feel at ease. She draws from evidence‑based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives.
