Insurance

Some of our therapists are in-network with Cigna and Highmark insurance which includes some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Other therapists in the practice are private pay only and are not in-network with insurance. We provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to find out what your out-of-network benefits are and the requirements for reimbursement. 

Rates

Our rates vary from $100-$135 per session depending on the therapist. 

Payment

We use a HIPAA secure system called Ivy Pay to process payments. Major credit cards are accepted including most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts. After your first appointment, you will receive a text from Ivy Pay to put a card on file for sessions. You will receive a notification every time a payment is processed. We can provide superbills for clients seeking possible reimbursement from their insurance for an out-of-network therapist.

Cancellation Policy

A scheduled appointment reserves a time specifically for you or your child, so when clients cancel on short notice, it prevents another client from being seen. Please give 24-hour notice when you need to cancel. If you miss an appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before, we do charge a cancellation fee.
