Kelly Stangl‑Meddaugh, LCSW

Kelly works with children, adolescents, and adults

Kelly Stangl‑Meddaugh uses a warm, down‑to‑earth approach to support children, adolescents, and adults. She has over 15 years of counseling experience and specializes in helping children and adolescents manage anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, life transitions, and school or peer difficulties. Her work combines evidence-informed strategies with a compassionate, relational approach that helps clients feel safe to open up and develop new skills. She also works closely with parents, equipping them with concrete tools and insights so they can confidently support their child’s progress outside the therapy room and strengthen connections within the family.

Kelly also works extensively with adults, offering a compassionate space to explore anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and patterns that may feel difficult to shift alone. Her approach is grounded, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience. Kelly helps adults build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
