Renee works with teens, adults, couples, and families.

Renee approaches her work with clients from a place of empathy and understanding. Her calm energy helps clients feel grounded and safe with her in sessions. Renee values a collaborative relationship with her clients and helps them build a range of coping skills to increase their overall well-being. Renee’s specialties include anxiety disorders, depression, substance use, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Renee received her Master’s Degree in Psychological Services from Kean University with a Professional Diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rider University. Renee is currently working toward her clinical license in Pennsylvania.
Renee has a strong background in working with adults with substance use disorders as well as mental health issues. She has provided therapy in various levels of care such as partial care, in-home therapy, and outpatient. Renee draws on multiple theoretical frameworks to meet the needs of her clients which include CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy with a trauma-informed focus.
